Yet I realized that they’re mostly related to ‘do less/well’. Fort the other 2 goals: listen more and slow down…
Count to 3 after others finish before I start talking.
‘Slow down’ is tough as I simply have many things going on, how to slow down? I want to think it more…at least take a deep breath before responding or say I will get back to you on that, especially if it’s a major decision or under emotion. I then write the thoughts down, take a walk or have a good night sleep, and think again.
