Winter is coming. According to Chinese tradition, people celebrate with tonic (warm, nutritious food). I celebrated with three good news this week:
- Biden/ Harris won the US presidential election. I hope that means integrity, justice, and opportunities for all.
- We completed the customer portal interviews: we built everything (process, material, relationship) from scratch and successfully executed (team training and collaboration, customer engagement, feedback analysis). The project not only informed future design and research but also built teams’ muscles to explore and engage customers forward (see more in “Worth it?” post).
- I published UncoverSpecial, an ebook to recognize and celebrate Creativity, Joy, and Inspiration in our daily life. After 15+ months of works, my dream came true! I hope the stories bring the readers a smile, spark an idea, and remind them of the special people and things in their lives.
I’m celebrating a “special” winter: closed with fulfillments and started in hope!
