A big sales meeting coming up and I’m preparing the mobile app demo with my boss. The app is very straight-forward so I thought it’d take 10 min or less for the rehearsal. It took more than an hour as we were creating a step-by-step visual guide (like a story board).
At first I thought we ‘over-think/ prep’ it then I realized that it’s the ‘attitude’: discipline, practice, and attention to details (besides intelligence and talent) that deliver consistent, excellent results. Little things matter and add up…thanks, boss for ‘showing’ me a lesson.
