Think Walk

I observed myself in the past few weeks when I have the best focus to do hard works and when I’m most creative. There doesn’t seem to be a difference on concentration for the morning or the afternoon if I have important tasks at hand. Yet, I come up great ideas at break, e.g. during a walk. The fresh air makes me happy, calm, and recharged, especially after a busy day or back-to-back meetings.

It’s an interesting contrast. When we’re very busy, we feel we can’t ‘get away’ yet taking a break for a walk is probably the best way to think/ make things better.
