Delegate and Grow

With tech team focusing on a large project with long development cycle, we need to do things differently. I asked non-tech teams to choose/ form task forces to work on the discovery, planning works of a few key areas. I then asked the product manager to lead the task force while I support it. He did a nice job hosting meetings, assigning team tasks, and presenting the finding/ proposal. The new arrangement got works done and enabled both of us to grow. The product manager is learning how to lead and be more data-driven while I’m learning to delegate and be able to manage/ contribute to multiple teams/ projects at the same time.
