I heard the lead of community management encouraged (& trained) team to use the BI model in partner selection. This is a great news and has multiple benefits, e.g. saving team time, using data to make decision, and validating the hypotheses/ parameters in pilots. Meanwhile, I saw Ops team creating guidance in the policy usage which is also positive to move toward more consistent and standardized processes.
I’m glad to see our alignment and progress. I’ve also learned that the progress comes from passion (for ONE team success) + patience + perseverance and by influence and collaboration. The proverb says it well…
