Misalignment or Engagement?

CEO called for an alignment meeting on a key topic. In the meeting, senior leaders talked all over the place and over each other. Some people felt lost or got frustrated yet I see it as positive that leaders showed interest and took the time to engage/ talk it out openly. If there is no tension, either people don’t care or we haven’t pushed far enough. Change is never easy or it’d happen already yet it’s always possible to continue making progress…
