At the end of a long work day, I felt annoyed of myself (more than tired) that why I didn’t stop earlier. There is always more to do. 1 email usually leads to another, an hour later, I’m still in front of the computer. I could be upset of myself yet it would not change the situation or I could take a more productive approach: first recognize that I chose to stay working, whether to make something better or get a project done; that means I can also choose when to stop and shut off my computer regardless. Believing I always have a choice set me free.
