My hair easily comes out whether by touching or gravity, especially when it’s long, when I brush down, it stuck and pull hair off so I try not to brush often.
It seems getting worse recently when I wash or brush hair. I don’t have that many hair to go down in this speed. I went to store to look for hair nurturing/ repairing lotion and start ‘remembering’ to use conditioner after shampoo. Mom recommended brush ‘more’ to stimulate, really? and she bought me a nice wood brush.
Really…hair started to feel smoother, less fuzzy; brush through more easily, and visibly less hair fall after washing/ brushing. It’s getting even better after a hair cut…after a long time, I’m now able to brush all the way down effortless, no pulling or fighting; what a difference in a few weeks!
Thinking about it, hair is like our body, it needs nutrition, exercise (brush), remove waste, and repair regularly. The more and right activities makes our body, hair, and mind healthier and happier!
