After 2 weeks quarantine in the hotel and 1 week self-care at home, finally I can get out…Saturday, first lunch out with mom and dad, I’m surprised to see the restaurant is packed. Later at a super market, I saw waves of people and heard familiar shouting to attract customers to buy and taste food. Looks like life is back. Sunday, mom, dad, and I got up at 4:30am, rode bikes to the train station, took bus then walked to grandparents’ tombs to pay tributes. On our way back, I thought of today and yesterday, what a blessing to be able to go anywhere ‘freely’, line up with people, even a ‘privilege’ to take public transportation…simple blessing!
