The yoga instructor taught us to breathe…inhale through nose, count to 5, exhale through mouth, count to 5…to calm ourselves down. It’s a good practice to breathe and give us space, especially under tension. It’s similar to a 5 word wisdom mom told me: ‘放,離,疏,轉,正’ which translates to ‘let go, leave, release, adjust, stabilize or turn positive’.
