We all know perception is not fair, neither real yet it’s hard to recognize and reject it. Especially when we’re dealing with perceived-difficult people, it’s hard to ‘really’ listen; yet when we do or reflect later, we’d realize that, no matter how the person is, he/ she has provided valid points or good suggestions, at least sometimes. It’s impossible that somebody is always wrong as we’re certainly not always right.
Remind ourselves to listen, think/ pause before respond, and separate people from things so we can be more objective and make better decision.
