*’Buddha jump over the wall’ is a gourmet soup, made with seafood (e.g. scallop, sea cucumber, and abalone) and vegetables (e.g. taro, tofu skin, chestnut, cabbage, multi-types of mushroom, lotus seed) and the name implies it’s so delicious, even Buddha wants to jump over the wall (normally vegetarian)
