How Do You Define Success?

Success is a word we use often — in conversations, careers, and goals.
But how do we define it?

For some, success shows up as growth — in knowledge, influence, or financial stability.
For others, it’s less about achievement and more about contribution: doing good work, supporting others, and creating positive impact.

Yet many of us move through life like a spinning top — busy, productive, committed — without pausing to ask what we truly want or why certain goals matter to us.
Milestones come and go. We celebrate briefly and rush to the next one.

And sometimes, in quiet moments, a question surfaces:
Am I pursuing what I want?

I appreciate what Robin Arzón said: Hustle is grit and purpose toward your own finish line.

Whatever success means for you, giving yourself permission to define it honestly — without being swayed by convention, society, or even family — in your own way.
