Boundry

To set a boundary and leave (work), stop (doing whatever you’re doing) may sound controversial or contradictory to we’ve learned from books, teachers, and parents yet it’s to the best interests of ourselves and people around us. There is always more thing to do yet everybody needs a break. Especially for high-achievers, we care about/ love what we do yet we’re not our work and there is life/ family besides work.

To set our boundary and communicate with people helps us to be more productive (make the best use of time and brain), healthier (rest, recharge, and refresh), and happier (be present and no guilt or resentment).
