Can’t remember where I saw or heard the phrase, Be the Cause, Not Because, yet it immediately became my mantra. Instead of making excuse or waiting on others, it’s our responsibility to take action to make what we’d like to see and a world we want to live in.
Using data/ fact to make decision is one of the key goals of the initiative I’m leading. We not only want to continue enhancing the system capabilities but also increase team’s awareness, usage. I started with a BI system, data analysis demo of a recent released feature. I plan to make it a series (demo, discussion, working session) for cross-functional teams to learn together.
